Monthly Meeting – 22nd July 2026 – AGM

Can we please ask that you attend our AGM meeting if you possibly can, we have recently gained some Associates, which shows that we can continue to grow and are always looking for new members to join our Committee.

We are especially looking for younger people (that includes 30, 40, 50 year olds), to take an interest in the Group, and the role that it can play in the pursuit of safer and enjoyable motoring. The Committee is generally happy to continue with their roles for the present, but would welcome others to join in at some level, to provide succession plans for the future.

We attach the formal notice of, and an invitation to, the Basingstoke IAM Group AGM, at the Newnham Clubroom, together with the minutes from last year’s AGM.

Also attached is a nomination form for election of the Committee: we are inviting individual self-nominations, an opportunity to volunteer without specifying a particular role. Please think about what you can offer before the meeting.
